Supported the Growth Team by researching and sourcing 100+ social media pages per week that aligned with Scuffers’ brand identity to identify potential partnerships and influencer collaborations. Assisted in managing the Paris showroom throughout March, welcoming clients, ensuring a professional and inviting environment, and representing the brand in its flagship pop-up. I had the amazing opportunity to intern with Rebel Flow, where I gained hands-on experience in marketing strategies, outreach, and creative production. I joined Mitch Flippo Mfg. in December as a Sales Representative, where I have successfully recruited fraternities and sororities nationwide to design and develop custom merchandise for their chapters. As the company continues to grow rapidly, I have taken on the role of managing all social media platforms, enhancing brand presence and engagement. This position has allowed me to leverage my skills in time management, communication, creativity, social media strategy, fashion design, and marketing to drive success.

Designing merchandise for the Alpha Chi Omega Gamma Nu chapter at San Diego State has allowed me to explore and refine my creative skills in fashion design. In this role, I collaborate closely with the executive board to develop unique merchandise for various chapter events, including formal gatherings, philanthropy initiatives, and additional custom pieces that reflect our members' interests. This position is much like running a business—requiring me to design and market products that appeal to a diverse group while balancing originality and inclusivity in every piece. It has strengthened my ability to understand consumer preferences, trend forecasting, and strategic branding.

As a Sales Recruiter for a college travel company, I successfully organized and promoted a spring break trip for San Diego State University students at an all-inclusive resort. In this role, I managed travel logistics, coordinated bookings, and communicated with students to ensure a seamless experience. I exceeded expectations by doubling the recruitment goal for my position. This experience allowed me to refine my skills in communication, organization, and customer service, all of which contributed to my success in this role.
