QA/QC documents, working methods(WMSs), inspection test plan (ITPs), inspection and acceptance documents (RFIs), COD documents, testing procedures (EVNEPTC, A0, Ax, EVNSPC, PC) in accordance with Vietnam’s Government/ MOIT/ EVN regulations and legal procedures, Vietnam/ IEC/ IEEE standards. • Achieved reliability with solid experiences on mission Electrical Engineer in the Thermal power and Renewable plants: specification/ features of electrical equipment, familiar with measuring equipment, control/ protection equipment, LV/ MV/HV equipment, substation equipment, transmission line equipment • The firm foundation technical, process knowledge and strong skills a manager the Operation and Maintenance(O&M) to used testing/measuring equipment and all electrical equipment/systems, SCADA systems in the Solar and Thermal power plants. • Strong Control Room Operator in Thermal Power Plant: Steam Turbine Generator, Boiler, Balance of Plant, Substation, LV/MV/HV equipment, 220/110kV Transmission line, Electrical/ Electronic/ Automatic equipment. • Knowledge about electrical plant work: Process, Rotating/ Static equipment, material/Consumption fuel, Pumps, Fans, Blower, Boiler, Pulverization, Lubricant • Knowledge of piping, NDT & welding, piping, painting inspection works. Code & standards as API, ASME, ANSI, DIN, ASTM in Thermal power, Oil & Gas field. • Knowledge about procedures, process of EPC/ BOT projects Practicality experience in using MS Office, Auto CAD, Solidworks, other support software English especially conversation and composition skills. Japanese language proficiency test N3. Chinese language can be communicated basic.
