Gwen Dagg

Gwen Dagg's career in property management systems commenced in 1997 during which time she has had significant experience with the ongoing support and customisation of the MRI product. After completing studies in Information Systems, her primary role over much of her career has been to provide time saving solutions, custom reporting and to develop systems to support new initiatives for commercial real estate companies and their clients utilising the MRI Customisation Toolkit, Gwen has a passionate belief that data reliability and efficient processes are key factors in a business’s ability to operate successfully. Her strong commitment to customer service and her exceptional analytical and communication skills enable her to assist clients in getting the most out of their property management systems. Loci Solutions grew out of the desire of Nikki Steadman and Gwen Dagg to enhance the customer experience and system utilisation of current and potential clients in the property industry, primarily in the areas of property management and finance.

Responsible for the development and support of Property Accounting systems and procedures, specifically the MRI Property Management System, ensuring that the organisation efficiently and effectively utilised its technology investments, systems, people and procedures. Tasks undertaken included application development, application support, report writing and process improvement and the management of a team of support and development staff.

Responsible for the day to day management and maintenance of Byvan's fully customised sales reporting process including: Overseeing the reporting timetable, customisation and development of new graphical sales reports, production of portfolio benchmark data for the Byvan Retail Sales Index and Quarterly Retail Indicator, policing of data integrity and processing practises and general systems development. During this time was responsible for the successful conversion of the Byvan retail sales reporting process from an Excel macro based system to be fully integrated in the proeprty management system (MRI).
