Research study supervised by Dr. Enid Montague, director of Wellness and Health Enhancement Engineering Laboratory (WHEEL). Responsibilities: • Reviewed literature on the subject of Medical Cannabis including scholarly papers and technical journals to develop surveys for subject matter expert. • Developed detailed test plans, test scripts, user flows, user personas, and training materials. • Conducted both quantitative and qualitative data analysis on one-on- one interviews, surveys. • Presented recommendations and solutions based on the preliminary results. • Investigated user behavior and market demographics; Created storyboards, Competitive Analysis and Claim Analysis. • Created wireframes, prototypes and process maps using Figma and Axure.

• Advise and provide support to ISEE (International Student Experience Exchange) Peer Mentor Program and assists in planning Global DePaul events throughout the year, including training, event kick-offs, selection and matching of peer mentors, program evaluation, and wrap-up.

• My role is to represent the university and reach out to alumni, family, and friends of DePaul to foster positive relations and raise funds for a wide range of university funds.

• Conducted interviews with application end-users to discover usability issues. • Created personas, visualized customer flow maps, & created mockups in Figma. • Worked closely with designers, PMs & engineers in cross-functional teams. • Coordinated design plans and resolved issues by working effectively with the engineering and product team. • Conducted an accessibility audit of the website and made recommendations to meet the AA/AAA compliance. • Created site map and content inventory for the website to understand and simplify the navigation process.

• Discovered and leveraged customer insights to create a better shopping experience. • Responsible for redesigning the website and mobile site. • Performed interface design, interaction design. Created prototypes and tested the concepts. • Worked with stakeholders, designing a new information architecture schema and content strategy, design sketches, wireframes, flow diagrams, and mock-up. • Managed back-end requirements such as renewing domain name registrations. • Developed and deployed successful e-commerce strategies into clients' websites that helped to save time and increased sales. • Tracked industry changes and integrated innovative techniques into creative web designs.

• Talked with stakeholders to learn business requirements. • Collected and analyzed customer data to identify the interface and usability factors that contribute to user’s perception of system trustworthiness and expertise. • Provided design, user flow recommendations based on research to stakeholders. • Collaborated on projects to improve the seller experience with the Grocery category approval application page (India marketplace). • Collaborated with managers and stakeholders by articulating actual user needs and explaining the design rationale. • Presented actionable research findings and compelling experience stories to executive leadership, business stakeholders, project teams, and external groups.

• Worked as a UI designer for the banking system that is being used by customers of bank to tag the transactions.
