Non-Volatile Technology Development • Performed 2-D and 3-D device and process simulations that led to the development of highly scaled SONOS-type non-volatile memory devices for the 45 nm, 65 nm and 90 nm technology node • Developed new applications of Monte Carlo device simulations to understand the programming and erase mechanisms for the SONOS flash devices • Performed simulations to develop low-voltage and high-voltage CMOS devices • Worked in cross-functional teams spread across the globe to debug and resolve various technological issues in product and test chips
