Data Protection Officer As the company’s designated Data Protection Officer, I was responsible for leading the compliance efforts related to data protection laws, particularly in line with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). I oversaw all aspects of data collection, processing, and storage, ensuring that robust controls and procedures were in place to safeguard personal data. Postdoctoral Researcher – University of São Paulo (USP) Concluded a postdoctoral research project in Administrative Law at the University of São Paulo’s Faculty of Law, one of the most prestigious legal institutions in Latin America. My research focused on the legal and institutional framework of technological partnerships within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS), especially mechanisms such as Parcerias para o Desenvolvimento Produtivo (PDPs) and other public-private models aimed at strengthening the national health and innovation ecosystem. Under the supervision of Professor Gustavo Justino de Oliveira, the project combined advanced academic analysis with concrete market-oriented insights, identifying legal bottlenecks, regulatory asymmetries, and proposing improvements to foster transparency, legal certainty, and technological sovereignty in public procurement and technology transfer processes.

PhD in Administrative Law – Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) Completed a PhD in Administrative Law at PUC-SP, one of Brazil's top institutions with global recognition in legal education. The Faculty of Law at PUC-SP is highly regarded for producing leading scholars in Administrative Law. My research, supervised by Professor Ricardo Marcondes Martins, one of the most respected Administrative Law scholars in Brazil, focused on public-private partnerships in the healthcare sector. As a result of my research, I published the book, "Parcerias para o Desenvolvimento Produtivo de Medicamentos", which examines the legal frameworks supporting innovation and access to essential medicines through public-private collaborations in Brazil.

Executive MBA – Insper Completed an Executive MBA at Insper, one of the most respected business schools in Brazil and recognized for its excellence in management education both locally and globally. The Executive MBA program at Insper is designed for experienced professionals aiming to enhance their leadership skills and strategic thinking. It provides advanced training in business management, focusing on the effective allocation of resources, strategic decision-making, and the holistic management of organizations. Master of Laws Completed a Master’s degree at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, one of Brazil’s most respected institutions with growing recognition in the international academic community. I was awarded a Merit Scholarship through the MackPesquisa program, a competitive grant designed to support outstanding research. My research was supervised by Professor Sônia Tanaka and Professor Eduardo Jardim, both renowned experts in the field of Public Law. The research focused on the economic-financial rebalancing of public works contracts and its significant implications for Brazil's economy and public policy. It analyzed not only the legal framework but also the parameters traditionally adopted by legal scholars for structuring contract equations in such cases. The research proposed a new approach to risk allocation and its influence on the sustainability of infrastructure projects.

Extension Course in Infrastructure Contracts – FGV Law Completed an extension course in Infrastructure Contracts at FGV Direito SP/GVLaw, a program designed to provide practical expertise in the legal and regulatory aspects of infrastructure projects. The course is highly regarded in the Brazilian legal market, focusing on real-world applications of contract law in large-scale infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships (PPPs) and concession agreements. This program is tailored for legal professionals engaged in public procurement, project finance, and regulatory issues, offering a comprehensive understanding of contract management and dispute resolution in the infrastructure sector. During this time, I developed a strong understanding of the social and political dynamics that directly impact business, law, and governance. Although I did not complete the degree, the analytical tools and knowledge I acquired have been essential in my legal practice, particularly in navigating the complexities of public-private partnerships, regulatory compliance, and administrative law. Corporate Governance Development Program – Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC) Completed the Corporate Governance Development Program at Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), one of the top business schools in Latin America, known for its excellence in executive education and corporate governance. The program is designed to enhance leadership and governance capabilities, focusing on best practices for boards of directors, ethical decision-making, and the alignment of corporate strategy with sustainable governance models. During the course, I gained valuable insights into the role of governance in fostering transparency, accountability, and long-term business success. The practical knowledge acquired through this program has been critical in advising clients on governance structures and ensuring that legal frameworks support strong corporate governance practices.

Economics – Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) Attended the Economics program at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA), one of the top universities in Latin America, for six months. During this period, I studied foundational topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, and economic theory. Although I did not complete the program, the analytical skills I developed during this time have been valuable in my legal career, particularly in assessing the economic impacts of regulatory decisions and structuring contracts with economic foresight.

Economics – Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) Attended the Economics program at Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA) for one year. During this period, I studied key concepts in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and economic theory. Although I did not complete the degree, the foundational knowledge I gained has been instrumental in understanding economic principles that impact legal frameworks, business decisions, and regulatory environments. This background has enriched my ability to provide legal advice with a broader economic perspective.

Undergraduate studies in Pharmacy, undertaken as a strategic extension of my work as a lawyer in Life Sciences. Studying Pharmacy allows me to better understand the scientific, technical and regulatory foundations of the products, technologies and business models I work with, particularly in the pharmaceutical, medical devices and healthcare sectors. It also strengthens my ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams, including pharmacists, scientists, quality teams, industry executives and public authorities. This academic path is closely aligned with my practice in ANVISA matters, drug pricing, market access, technology transfer, intellectual property and clinical research. It reflects my view that legal advice in Life Sciences is stronger when it combines legal and regulatory expertise with a deeper understanding of the science, production processes, innovation dynamics and public health challenges that shape the healthcare industry.
