Zarządzam jednym z kluczowych oddziałów lidera w branży recyklingu opon w Polsce, odpowiadając za operacje, wyniki biznesowe i rozwój infrastruktury organizacji.

Współtworzyłem i rozwijałem pierwszą w Polsce cyfrową platformę umożliwiającą transparentny obrót zużytymi oponami, integrującą warsztaty, firmy logistyczne, recyklerów i cementownie. Celem projektu było rozwiązanie kluczowych barier rynkowych, takich jak brak dostępu do aktualnych cen, problemy z odbiorem trudnych frakcji oraz ograniczenia logistyczne.

As an Operational Director I actively participate in design and development of the countrywide waste tires collection and recovery system. The duties, among many others, include participation in negotiations with the logistic operators, recyclers and the cement kilns, budgeting, cooperation with the Supervisory Board, representing the company in contacts with European Tyre and Rubber Manufacturers Association (ETRMA), supervising the work of logistic operators (including preparing and conducting a tender for them every 3 years), design and development of the internet based system eCUO dedicated for handling waste tires collection orders, control on the content of the company website, etc. Within last 10 years company operation costs were cut by about 50%. As a representative of CUO I am also a voluntary member of Polish Standardisation Committee, Technical Committee of Rubber and Rubber Products no 186.

My duties included daily management and operational supervision of this small company offering forwarding services in import and export by road, air and sea freight, daily cooperation with the carriers and freight forwarding agents worldwide, sales activities, personal policy.

I was responsible for daily management and operational supervision of the Air Freight Department, daily cooperation with the airlines and freight forwarding agents worldwide, sales activities, personal policy. Have successfully started new products, like air freight groupage lines from Hong Kong and Shanghai to Warsaw. Internal ISO auditor.

My duties included help in starting activities of Federal Express and then also Nippon Express on the Polish market, preparing new products, like road groupage line from Austria to Poland, sales and acquiring new customers.

I have started from scratch the Air Freight Department (a total of 5 branches at 5 airports). My duties included daily management of the work of the Air Freight Department, operational supervision, strategy development, cooperation with the airlines and freight forwarding agents worldwide, representing the company during General Meetings of The World Air Cargo Organisation (The WACO System), sales and acquiring new customers, budgeting, personal policy.
