• Reviewed customer and market requirements to define conformance gaps, and communicated those gaps to engineering, customer, and executive team members • Directed failure analysis to determine root cause of HDD non-conformances relative to design specifications • Implemented documentation standards for test results, failure analysis, and communication in order to understand capability trends, record historical conformance gaps, and ensure use of best design practices

• Developed test procedures used during early product development to identify mechanical design risks and forecast shock and vibration capability of HDD assemblies and subsystems • Generated Solidworks models of product prototypes and custom text fixtures used to expedite evaluations of potential conformance gaps as well as provide early proof of concept for design improvements

• Designed mechanical components for a 3U CubeSat, intended to be reproducible to accommodate a variety of payloads • Developed and executed testing to ensure the reliability of satellite deployment mechanisms • Fabricated structural components using manual and CNC mills • Created integration and testing instructions to be used by future CubeSat teams

• Implemented lab equipment and operating procedures used to monitor casting mold properties, resulting in 2 weeks faster test results and $10k monthly savings compared to testing at third party vendors • Standardized globally used test methods to ensure consistency of casting mold parameters across locations worldwide • Conducted testing to identify and resolve sources of variation in the single crystal casting process, helping to mitigate ~$18M worth of annual scrap due to non-conforming parts

• Aided first year engineering students in modeling, analysis, and project construction.

• Recorded and analyzed test data from Coriolis flow meters. • Created NX models of gas density systems.
