Grantland Drutchas

Grant Drutchas is a litigator with more than 20 years of experience in the practice of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on litigation, licensing, and client counseling. His first chair trial experience includes jury and bench trials as well as appeals before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Grant also has significant licensing practice, and teaches licensing law at various legal educational institutions in the U.S. and the U.K. He is an Adjunct Professor of law at IIT-Kent Law School in Chicago and former Vice Chair of the Licensing Committee and the Biotech and Pharmaceutical Issues Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners' Association.
