* Prospect for new clients who may benefit from company products or services * Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and calculate client quotations * Conduct technical presentations and demonstrate how a product can maximize client performance * Negotiate tender and contract terms/conditions to meet both client and company needs * Cultivate relationships with clients through interpreting their needs, managing their account, and providing training and support on W-J products * Prepare reports for front office and maintain current and prospective customer records * Meet regular sales targets * Support company marketing efforts by attending trade shows, conferences and other promotional events

* Recruit, interview, and hire all new associates * Corporate Recruiter * Full cycle recruiting * Responsible for conducting first day new hire orientation and any additional training requests for the current staff per company needs * Effectively manage recruiting events, social media, and programs to attract additional employees * Work closely with various entities to grow recruiting efforts within the community * Manage an on-site staff of 5 that support the staffing agency * Review reports on turn-over, fill rate, and other trends that help retain associates * Serve as the main contact for associates during their time as a temporary employee with the site
