That was surely a period where I significantly gained the core and professional skills. My topics were very divers and challenging, working under pressure brought me to an advanced stage for self-development. Tasks covering like: - Volkswagen Groupwide global assignment procedure and policy. Apart from implementing the policies, I was actively involved in lots of discussion on improving the Policy framework. - Budget planning/ Cost forecasting/calculation/optimization in terms of employee assignment costs. - Individual consulting for Manager and High potential candidates on topic about assignment timeline, preparation, and post-assignment development plan. - HR Data analysis, HR Data reporting and documentation in terms of employee assignment. - Employee consultation on assignment topics like Housing, Visa, Taxs, Salarys.... - Continuous process optimization and process mapping.

I mainly took over administration work in this position as a junior office lady, whereas the tasks covered organizational topics like schedule/calendar management, team meeting organization and the track of TO-DOs, company policy implementation and monitoring, team event organization. Having been recognized as a reliable person, I was entrusted with a Budget planning topic in the later phase of this position.
