Taking care of Customer service related issues, through e-mails. It is mainly focused on solving complaints & escalation e-mails, where in customers have issues about the payments, products and other website related queries.  We try to resolve clients/customer problems over e-mails, forwarding their concerns to our relevant SPOCS. We are equipped to handle all queries related to products, general customer support and payments and Finance related issues.  co-ordination with other departments like Tech team, LMS team, Finance team for resolving the issues.  Giving floor support to the champions and helping them with resolutions, clearing their all process related queries.  Log-in adherence, Break adherence, Team briefing, Taking Floor/Team Huddle and sharing the updates to the Champions.  Having one on one sessions with champions if required to find out if it is a skill related issue or process knowledge related issue.  I use to drive champions and motivate them to perform in all the possible ways.  Sharing process improvement ideas.
