Manage Distribution Centers Operations in Asia Pacific. The scope includes 10 DCs located in China mainland (4), Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, etc. Responsibilities & Achievements: 1. DC footprint and optimization 2. Be responsible for DC operation performance in terms of safety, customer complaint, on time delivery, DC costs, inventory accuracy, etc. 3. Make annual DC operation cost budget and cost control plan. Drive year-on-year DC costs productivity 4. Continuous improve DC processes to achieve operation excellence 5. DC footprint review and optimization 6. Benchmark and obtain best available warehouse technology and implement in the DC 7. Monitor transportation forwarder performance to ensure on time delivery and good quality

1. Define China Logistics Distribution Center footprint (incl. HK) and be responsible for implementation 2. Be responsible for the operations of all China Finished Goods Distribution Centers ( 8 DCs around China) 3. Make annual operation cost budget and cost control plan, be responsible for implementation 4. Be responsible for China spare parts sites (+50 sites) management 5. Drive for customer satisfaction improvement on logistics 6. Keep improving DC in terms of safety standards, internal process and efficiency. 7. Monitor transportation forwarder performance to ensure on time delivery and good quality

1. Manager SE China Finished Goods inventory to make sure on time delivery and right inventory level 2. Participate in defining cooperate inventory management policy and take in charge of the implementation in China 3. Be responsible for the training and deployment of the inventory management tools in China 4. Coordinate with China Factories to implement VMI 5. Direct manage inventory planning and procurement for China Imported finished goods.

1. Lead S&OP meeting to define MPS and make capacity plan 2. Manager Finished Goods inventory planning to make sure on time delivery and inventory turnover at target 3. Manage components inventory planning and procurement to make sure on time replenishment to shop floor and inventory turnover at target 4. Manager factory warehouse

1. Establish supply chain procedure and system; 2. Develop and manage demand planning processes, including order management/processing, customer service and distribution/delivery 3. Steer the inventory planning and purchasing process to achieve the planned inventory accuracy, minimize obsolescence, ensure a high level of product availability, and maintain inventory turnover speed 4. Develop and maintain good sources in purchasing of raw materials and equipments services to support company operations 5. Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing, lead time and to initiate cost down program 6. Manage a distribution centre and 8 warehouses and ensure warehouse management practices are properly managed 7. Provide accurate and timely status reports on material stock, end of life stock and analyze abnormal usage and make adjustments accordingly 8. Make sure all import documents prepared in time and accurately and custom clearance is on time 9. Implement and maintain a MRPII system

1. Participate in S&OP meeting to make MPS and responsible for implementation 2. Make material requirement plan accordingly and implement procurement 3. Review material procurement fulfillment results on regular bases to make sure smooth supply of raw material for production 4. Coordinate and train the international suppliers (most from Europe, Singapore, Japan and Local) to improve their delivery performance 5. Participate in global suppliers performance assessment 6. Control inventory level to meet target both on delivery and inventory turnover
