As an Engineering and Product leader over the last decade, I had the opportunity to lead a team of varied talents with profiles and experiences, including, among others, engineers, product managers, data scientists and engineers, agile and design teams, who built and delivered innovative solutions to a diverse set of B2B and B2C customers. Experience on building products with AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning), with proper balance between relying on external providers and internal capabilities, in order to protect intelectual property and operations. With more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, and a solid track record in software development, product management, software architecture, cloud computing and agile methodologies. I'm passionate about creating products that solve real customer needs and that leverage technology to enable growth, efficiency and impact, without neglecting building great teams, with trust and openness. I also have a strong interest in design thinking, lean startup and creative markets, which I explored during my MBA studies.
