* Improve Target's retention program, Onboarding, for newly hired team members * Ensure all new team members have a brand experience in their Onboarding process * Work on multiple projects at once * Partner with team members across all areas of Target to implement Onboarding initiatives * Assist with coordination of meetings and events * Manage 30+ Target Alumni Networks including planning events for several hundred team members * Worked on a communication plan that would streamline all communications to new team members * Maintain a intranet website updating relevant information for new team members

* Recruit and place candidates on Human Resource job assignments at various organizations throughout the Twin Cities metro. * Conduct interviews with candidates for HR Assistants, Recruiters, Generalists, Managers, Benefits, and Director positions * Advise candidates on interviewing and resume tips specific to the position they are interviewing for * Supervise contract workers on assignments * Be the first point of contact for contract workers on benefit questions, vacation/holiday pay and employee relations issues * Partner with co worker to create, implement and facilitate resume and interviewing symposiums for candidates

* Manage Transitional Employment program including job and site development * Meet with clients to assist in all aspects of job search including resume creation, interview preparation, job leads, referrals to different agencies and ongoing support after securing a job * Lead employment meeting and job club on a weekly basis * Manage a variety of projects and deadlines * Meet with clients to update paperwork, manage goals and help problem solve
