• Handle full spectrum of HR functions including staff recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations • Handle monthly payroll operation including payroll calculation, final payment and tax filing • Establish and update HR policies and regulations to ensure all HR functions are in alignment with local legal requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and database on HR system • Responsible for office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office consumables

• Work closely with line managers to identify the hiring needs and requirements. • Handle full spectrum of recruitment and selection process including recruitment advertisements, conducting interviews and on-boarding and off-boarding process to meet the business plans and strategies • Execute recruitment activities such as job fairs and career talks • Handle staffing movement issues including probation, internal transfer and separation • Maintain and accurate and updated database of HR system • Assess and administer staff training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives through collaborative works with internal and external training partners/vendors • Build and maintain a positive relationship with internal stakeholders; consult and provide professional advice to internal staff for daily HR matters

• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including managing candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, phone screening, interview arrangement, conducting interviews and offering process in large volume. • Organize team and regional activities (team outing/annual dinner) • Calculate payroll for sales team weekly

• Provide full-set of recruitment consulting service to customers • Assist in customers’ recruitment process
