I worked with Dr. Dan Mazilu and two other undergraduate students in the Thin Film Lab, doing research involving nanoparticles and mathematical and computational analysis.

• Risk Managed a given portfolio, introducing multiple hedges to decrease risk measures • Simplified and automated a spreadsheet used to capture product basis stress for risk adjustments • Provided reasoning for positions taken by the commodities traders ahead of expected client flow • Analyzed trading positions held by the desk, focusing on oil exotics and a dual-digital trade near expiry • Delivered biweekly updates of main positions, risk measures and P&L of the Commodities business to the Market Risk Management
