Germa von Heydebreck-Stricker

I bring a diverse professional background with expertise in language education, program coordination, and international business. I have 9 years experience teaching German in the PYP, MYP and DP programs at Heidelberg International School. Prior to this, I led multiple language education initiatives at the Goethe-Institut Singapore, where I managed projects, developed children’s courses, coordinated distance learning exams, and taught German to both young learners and adults. With a background in banking and auditing, I bring strong organizational and communication skills to every role. I’ve also contributed to international events such as the 2010 Youth Olympic Games, managed events for corporate clients, and actively participated in charity and volunteer work across Southeast Asia. Fluent in German, Portuguese, and English—with additional skills in Spanish and French—I thrive in multicultural environments and enjoy fostering intercultural understanding through education and collaboration.
