- End-to-end responsibility for inventory management, production planning, procurement, transportation, and warehouse operations across the entire plant - Ownership of customer communication and coordination to ensure delivery reliability and transparency - Leadership of direct and indirect purchasing activities and on-site logistics execution - Active contribution to plant-level strategic decision-making, including budget planning (OPEX, CAPEX), headcount, and project management

- Integration and plant-wide rollout of new technologies and planning systems at the Debrecen site - Key User responsibility for testing, implementation, and stabilization of planning software solutions - Active involvement in ERP (SAP) rollout, including system testing, user training, and go-live support - Definition and integration of new roles, responsibilities, and workflows into daily operational cascades

- Leadership of production planning and material planning teams across all production areas - End-to-end supply chain execution responsibility, acting as primary escalation point from supplier to customer -Responsibility for inventory accuracy, annual physical inventory, and regular reporting to plant and global management - Continuous improvement of supply chain processes, performance transparency, and cross-functional collaboration

- Material shortage and risk management, including supplier capacity analysis and bottleneck mitigation across global production networks - Continuous improvement of supply chain processes, performance transparency, and cross-functional collaboration

- Implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA for on-site production operations at the Debrecen plant - Coordination of Master Data specialists to ensure data quality, system readiness, and process stability - Daily cross-functional cooperation with production and logistics-related departments - Execution and coordination of SAP-related process changes initiated by headquarters

- Short-term production planning and mid-term demand planning based on customer forecasts - Close coordination with material planning and transportation to ensure material availability and logistics alignment - Weekly supply chain status reporting to headquarters, providing end-to-end value stream visibility - Coordination of annual inventory count and implementation of new planning tools
