George Heilig

I am currently a Junior at Oregon State University, pursuing a degree in business with a strong interest in finance and organizational leadership. As a driven and compassionate student with a hands-on approach to learning, I’m committed to developing a well-rounded understanding of business through academic excellence, meaningful extracurricular involvement, and diverse work experiences. As Vice President of Finance for Sigma Phi Epsilon, I manage chapter budgets and oversee financial operations—experiences that have sharpened my leadership and fiscal responsibility. I also enjoy team-oriented challenges and currently compete with Oregon State’s intramural and club water polo team. Outside the classroom, I bring my passion for service and work ethic to a variety of roles. My volunteer work with the Oregon Humane Society and the Red Cross has strengthened my interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as deepened my commitment to making a positive impact in my community. Looking ahead, I’m eager to gain deeper business and financial knowledge through continued academic growth, internships, and leadership opportunities.
