I lead engineering for a suite of AI-powered B2B commerce tools. My focus has been on building and scaling products from the ground up—ranging from field sales apps to storefronts and CRM platforms. I’ve worked closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to shape direction and execution, navigating multiple pivots and evolving customer needs. I’ve also built the engineering team from an early stage, setting up the foundation for hiring, team structure, release practices, and quality standards. Alongside product delivery, I’ve led key initiatives across infrastructure, including cloud migrations, observability systems, and internal developer tools. I’ve placed strong emphasis on engineering velocity, system reliability, and maintainability—championing test-driven development and lean execution across the team.

I joined WizCommerce in its early stage as an Engineering Manager to help build the product from the ground up. In this role, I led a small, agile engineering team focused on delivering the company’s first few products. I worked hands-on across the stack—contributing to architectural decisions, backend services, and frontend development—while also setting up foundational engineering processes. Alongside execution, I was responsible for defining team structure, establishing a strong product-engineering collaboration model, and laying the groundwork for future scale. This phase involved rapid prototyping, quick iterations, and a strong emphasis on aligning tech with early user feedback.

I co-founded and led engineering at a travel startup that evolved from a campus idea into a national brand. Over the years, I built and scaled the engineering and product organization, delivering customer-facing platforms, booking engines, and internal ops tools. My focus was on building systems that enabled the business to scale efficiently—automating key workflows, reducing turnaround time, and improving overall customer experience. I introduced a lean, metrics-driven approach to product development and played a key role in shaping the company’s technical and strategic direction as it grew.
