I am known as "The Youth Sports Guy," with over 40 years coaching experience and 20 years owning and operating a youth sports facility in Davenport, Iowa called Beyond The Baseline. I have facilitated more than 50,000 games at my facility, fostering a supportive environment for young athletes. My work focuses on leadership development, community engagement, and creating opportunities for every child in sports. As a published author and public speaker, I provide actionable strategies to become the best at a low price, enhance coaching, and promote personal growth through sports. My non-profit, QuadCitiesYouthSportsFoundation, currently offers free competitive programs to over 250 children, emphasizing character development and life skills. My mission is to help kids learn sports simply.
