Coordinated client activities for TANF recipients. Provided, orientation, asessment, employment development planning, training and drop-out intervention for parenting youth and adults. Provided support services to aid them in becoming self-sufficiently employed.

Budget management and analysis, prepared RFP's to obtain grants and managed up to 100 senior aides on the two programs designed to provide senior community service to lead to employment opportunities. Received the Governor's Achievement Award as the Outstanding Older Worker Employment Specialist in 2003.(received during Governor Rendell's administration) Created a senior training project where seniors taught other seniors in initial use of computers.

National Recording and Touring Artist, 1981-1987 As a saxophonist in Santa Cruz, recorded and composed on three albums with the Jazz group, "Northwind". Performed on twelve national tours traveling to forty-seven states, including a performance at the Smithsonian Institution, Washington, D.C. The albums were played on more than four hundred radio stations and reached high on the charts of national jazz airplay.

Energy Industry Partnership Program Manager for a twelve-county Partnership in Northeastern PA. Assembled a network of industry leaders from companies involved in Energy, Building and Construction, and Manufacturing Industries. Assembled a second network of Non-Industry “Partners” encompassing educational representatives, school district administrators, teachers, university representatives, economic development, workforce development, chambers of commerce, and others. STEM Education activities include: creating a variety of new and unique project-based educational programs to encourage students to prepare for and choose STEM and Energy occupations, as well as creating and teaching 38 Science & Energy clubs (2007-Present) Director of Youth Programs - the ReDCo Group-Workforce Investment Networks Responsible for all In-School and Out-of-School Youth Programs (2009-Present) Responsibilities, among others, include teaching workshops in job readiness/career mobilization skills at high schools.
