Reported directly to the CEO, ensured that Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content, Customer Service and Legal had the proper resources and alignment to execute on the overall strategy. Improved operational systems, processes, reporting and policies. Improved HR functions including organizational development, recruitment, on-boarding and performance management.

Hidden Villa Ranch is a privately owned company that markets, trades, produces, distributes and exports commodity food products to customers around the globe. I established and managed all marketing and logistics for the company's commercial operations in the Asia Pacific Region. I was in charge of the development, packaging, branding and advertising for newly introduced products. I increased the revenue of the division by both improving existing relationships and researching, analyzing and negotiating with future partners.

Star of the Sea is an NGO that coordinates with community leaders and local clergy with the goal to prevent HIV/AIDS through education and after school activities. Provided regularly scheduled status reports on all projects to internal and external stakeholders. Assembled an after school sports and library program for over 200 at risk youths. Designed and implemented an education curriculum for future volunteers to enable the program to be more self sustaining.
