• Planning of production program in coordination with Production managers to meet customer delivery dates. • Coordinate with other departments (operation-purchasing -quality-marketing) to ensure the implementation of all ongoing production plans. • Coordination with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure a smooth flow of products in and out of the facilities. • Management of customers’ orders to meet specialized customer needs – from pre-sales coordination with Sales through to the delivery through Supply Chain. • Coordination with Purchasing for the planning of purchase needs based on customer orders received from the Sales Department. • Prepare establishing and modification of the BOM with all new products, current and reviewed with supervisor planning. • Managing all reporting for the Manufacturing Department related to planning.

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. • Communicate with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. • Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently according to the production plan. • Follow product specifications and quality control measures. • Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices. • Obtaining any materials and equipment required. • Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

• Relate professional process engineering and manufacturing principles and practices whereas determining changes to variable processes. • Evaluates manufacturing processes by conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials. • Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment. • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. • Designing new systems and processes for the introduction of new products or for the improvement of existing ones. • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements. • Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
