Gadi Ungar

Since 2008, I have served as CEO & Managing Director of TALCAR Corp Ltd, a family-owned company and one of Israel’s leading vehicle importers, representing Kia, KGM, and Seres. Over this period, Kia has become one of the top three automotive brands in Israel—an achievement driven by the dedication and collaboration of our teams and partners. In 2025, TALCAR became the majority shareholder in Vitanya, a publicly traded real estate company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). I joined the board to help guide its strategy and long-term performance. Beyond automotive and real estate, our corporation invests in early-stage auto-tech innovation, backing startups and venture funds led by strong teams with meaningful potential. I hold a bachelor’s degree in law and government from IDC Herzliya (2000-2003) and a master’s degree from Columbia University (SIPA) in New York (2005-2007). Outside of work, I am married to Maya and father to three wonderful boys. I follow Maccabi Tel Aviv with passion and stay active through running and swimming.
