-Take an active part in re-engineering and migrating data from the legacy platform (sncode) to the new one (Golang/React.js). -Take an active part in back-end refactoring, moving from a monolithic (MVC) structure to more of a microservices approach. -Implement Facebook Ads tracking using Segment to allow the analysis of campaign performance. -Integration of multiple different SaaS (software as a service): Auth0 for authentication, Stripe for payments, and SendGrid for e-mail notification and newsletter. -Development of a redux adapter that would facilitate the manipulation of an array of tags (which were data points for our algorithm that could range from territory to the technical specialty of a company) on the client side. -Provide technical support and formations for all administrative users. -Conduct customer interviews (mostly with our administrative users) to collect needs for a business model change (moving from pay-as-you-go to a subscription model). -Lead the daily meetings and provide tasks for other developers. -Participate in a weekend hackathon: design a small web application using new front-end technologies. **Some parts were used in the actual product but it was mostly R&D & team building.

-Provide the first design for a new administrative platform that would be used to manage electric vehicles (monitor, troubleshoot, and locate). -Decide on which framework and library we should use (React.js, Material UI, Redux). -Develop robust, reliable, and reusable react components and implement them to provide a solid base for the app client-facing side.

-Act as a power user in new ERP implementation (SAP) -Collect and communicate user’s needs to the consultant responsible for the ERP implementation -Successfully implemented the new ERP in both Montreal and Dubai division
