• Month-end close review, results reporting, major factor preparation and analysis of monthly results and forecasting • Prepare together with the regional management team the monthly/quarterly report package for the Business Area Reviews • Quarterly formal forecasts for fiscal year, working closely with business leads, develop analysis comparing forecast to Op plan targets • Preparation of the yearly Product Line Operating Plan • Provide analysis on major operational / commercial projects – customer profitability, price/margin analysis, new business profitability analysis • Cost control of the supply chain and plant operations. • Contribute in business meetings and communicate effectively with the business at all its levels
