I am participating in the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning module of the Data Analysis School, organized in collaboration with Marmara University, METU, Boğaziçi University, and ITU. This program combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, enhancing my data-driven and analytical thinking skills. During the course, I gained hands-on experience in data analysis, data manipulation, and exploratory data analysis using Python (NumPy, Pandas) and Excel.

As part of the İŞKUR Youth Program, I provided support for academic and administrative processes at the School of Foreign Languages of Yıldız Technical University. I actively took part in document organization and tracking, as well as data organization and monitoring tasks. Within the scope of the program, I completed trainings on occupational health and safety, CV preparation, financial literacy, and job search methods.

I completed the Software Technologies & Artificial Intelligence and Human Resources & Talent Acquisition training programs conducted by GEN Academy. Throughout the program, topics such as artificial intelligence, data and software processes, as well as talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, performance management, and employee development were covered. The training was supported by technical exams and evaluations, providing a holistic perspective that integrates technology with a people-oriented approach.

I worked as a Sales Associate and Cashier at LC Waikiki. During this role, I actively contributed to customer relationship management, the effective execution of sales processes, and the accurate and efficient handling of cash transactions. In high-traffic retail environments, I supported customer satisfaction through a solution-oriented approach. By adapting well to teamwork, I contributed to the smooth operation of store organization and daily operational processes. This experience helped me develop problem-solving, observation, and process-awareness skills in a customer-focused environment.
