Initially employed by Redhill Analysts Limited TUPE'd over to Lucion. Accountable for conducting the HR due diligence for the disposal/ merger of two large businesses Devised the integration planning and strategy for the TUPE transfer and alignment of 400 people Assisted the Board in taking the business from a failed PLC to new VC ownership whilst maintain business continuity, staff moral and motivation through a huge cultural change process Implemented a new managing sickness absence policy and procedure reducing sickness absence to the level of <1% lost time Devised an Employee Engagement Programme which maintained engagement through a challenging time Developed highly competent managers through learning and development interventions with limited financial budget Enhanced reward and benefits scheme by introducing an innovative, cost effective selection of benefits During a challenging time supported employees with a health and wellbeing stratgey Directed several restructuring exercises and variations to T&C exercises achieving significant cost savings Modernised the HR function by introducing a new HRIS resulting in cost & time efficiencies whilst improving legal compliance
