Coordinated several simultaneous projects with 28 specialists in AI, IoT, UX/UI & Fullstack engineers. Responsible for follow-up meetings to update the digital solutions to international clients. Applied Agile and PMI methodologies for each project's proper documentation and legal requirements.

Managed and developed in half the expected time the automation of a complex pumping system while building a proposal (personal initiative) to prevent the spillage of thousands of liters per minute. Development of test protocols, implementation of electronic control improvements, and based on Reliability Centered Maintenance. My department is also responsible for the HVAC, Compressed Air and Chilled Water for the industrial facility of PiSA Pharmaceutical Group, where their main product, which distributes internationally, is manufactured.

Managed machinery installations and engineering services throughout Mexico with a team of 3-8 specialists at a time. STE-Industrial was my Entrepreneurship Project focused on the automation of production lines in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. When the world was living through the Covid epidemic, I saw the demand on food and pharmaceutic industries and started this project.

Salutary S.A de C.V. is a food supplement manufacturing company with 25 years of leading the market. Their production lines include enveloping, encapsulators, mills, mixers, and toasters. Increased production capacity by 28% by reorganizing the plant layout and implementing automatic feeding systems. Installation of 2 production lines for new products after diagnosing customer needs.

Validated 15 machinery suppliers across several cities of China on a business trip of 3 weeks.

Diminished 42% of fault stops in production lines when implementing periodic maintenances in all machines by creating a yearly, monthly, and weekly plan. Previously these services were executed on demand when the machines failed.

Course focused on a deep dive and enablement of AI, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity

This virtual semester-length course prepared me with actionable, research-based strategies for negotiation, focusing on value creation, dispute resolution, and practical insights in domestic and international contexts. I had the opportunity to handle negotiations with classmates from +15 different nationalities, preparing me for the different approaches to each cultural perspective.

Online extra credit course based on PMI and hosted on Coursera by the Tecnológico de Monterrey Business School. I took this course to complement the empirical knowledge I have gained in previous jobs and projects.
