Responsible for a facility operation and production of electrical harnesses and cables for the heavy equipment industry specialized on low volume / high mixed & high complexity products, headquarter located in Hutchinson Kansas with total sales of 27M (USD)per year. From 2016 to 2018 I also led Seat King in Mexico at the same time I did Electrex as Plant manager to manufacture lawn mower seats being in charge of sewing, metal and wood shops with 100 + employees. Seat King is a sister company from the same owner. Some accomplishments in Electrex Mexico operation:  Increased productivity in the first 2 years to more than 100%.  Increased Gross profit in the first 3 years to 42% gross profit  Supported sales to grow from less than 1M (USD) to 17M (USD) at the Mexico operation  Researched, acquired and oversaw installation and training of key new equipment to increase capacity 50% for future growth.  Participated with executive team at the headquarter on strategic planning  Work on continuous improvements and SMART goals every year to meet or exceed KPI´s at the Mexico operation  Grew the Company from a group of 30 to 320 employees. From a 1000 square feet facility to a 40,000 square feet facility not including Seat King.  Interview, hired and followed up training of new key employees to maintain a strong team capable to meet KPI´s established.

Responsible for coordinating product development and quality control assuring these departments met customer specifications. Developed new product samples and forms on time and ensure they met Customer specifications. Prepare equipment and routers for mass production. Release cutting tickets and schedules to production.
