Originated and evaluated mortgage loans, analyzing loan data and credit risk, maintained pipeline, reviewed financial documents, reviewed appraisals, collaborated with title companies and lenders, reviewed and completed approval conditions, draw closing documents, closed mortgage loans while meeting rate lock deadlines, maintained and organized real estate contracts/files. Managed office and collaborated and maintained relationships with vendors for supplies.

Provided administrative support to the Director of Nursing for Critical Care, Specialty and Emergency Services. Served as liaison for management, vendors and personnel. Sustained payroll for three Emergency Departments, Nurse Practitioners and Management team totaling 168 employees.

Interviewed patients for demographics, personal and insurance information while following HIPPA regulations, ran Medi-cal and Medicare where needed, registered in-patients, out-patients, pre-admissions and GI pre-registrations, scanned and indexed patient’s documents, created and completed COR audit reports using excel, checked patient’s family in family housing using standard rental forms and collected payments, processed and collected patient’s hospital invoice payments and answer multi-line phone.
