I started my career as a production engineer with a chemical engineering background. Today I lead internal audit — and everything in between is exactly what makes my approach different. My background in management systems has enabled me to work closely with business processes from the ground up, forming a strong foundation for my approach to internal audit and process excellence. I identify risks and improvement opportunities across processes and functions, and deliver practical, process-based recommendations to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and drive accountability. With over 15 years of experience, I have established management systems from the ground up and led their development, implementation, and revision processes (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, ISO 80079-34), ensuring their effectiveness and continuous improvement. I have also contributed to industrial and Ex-proof product approvals (ATEX, IECEx, UL), gaining a comprehensive understanding of product requirements, regulatory expectations, and their practical implementation within business processes. I am committed to strengthening processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness through continuous improvement, while learning and sharing experiences along the way.
