Project Engineer working on utility-scale renewable projects — solar PV, BESS, and wind. I cover the technical side across the full arc, from feasibility and system design through performance modelling and grid integration. The role sits at the center of the project: producing engineering deliverables, keeping the schedule honest, and making sure everything we put on paper meets the codes and standards it has to. When business development, procurement, or construction need a technical answer, that's my desk. It's the work of turning a concept into something the grid can actually accept — and doing it on the timelines utility-scale demands.

As Technical Development Manager, I lead a team dedicated to technical analysis and engineering support for BESS projects. Our work includes terrain assessments, participation in technical meetings with TERNA and other producers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and engineering standards. I provide strategic guidance and oversee the team’s activities, supporting efficient project development and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Specialized in the development and management of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects, contributing to advanced energy solutions in both Italy and the U.S. Experienced in opportunity screening and evaluation, technical and environmental analysis, stakeholder engagement, project design and documentation, permitting and authorization processes, construction oversight, coordination and negotiation with partners, project leadership, and support in financial planning.

In my role as a Development Project Controller at BESS Power Corporation, I successfully managed project development and service agreements, supervised technical documents, and controlled costs. I also oversaw project opportunity notices and interacted with various RTO/ISO stakeholders in the States.

During my internship as a trainee at Ingenieure Patscheider & Partner GmbH in Bolzano, Italy, I had the opportunity to engage directly with critical environmental projects. My responsibilities included data collection, technical sheet preparation, and site visits to analyze ecological processes. This experience enhanced my technical skills and contributed significantly to my academic thesis.

In my role as Logistics Operations Manager at Forcontact sha, I successfully managed all supply-chain processes, streamlined logistics operations, and implemented cost-saving strategies to optimize efficiency and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

As a Site Engineer at Iliria 98 in Tirana, Albania, I ensured project sites met design specs and safety standards. Collaborating with engineers and surveyors, I monitored the construction progress of a luxury hotel in south Albania.

In my role as a Front Desk Clerk at Xheko Imperial Luxury Boutique Hotel Tirana, I efficiently managed reservations, appointments, and meetings to provide a seamless experience for guests. I anticipated and met their needs, resolving any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
