- Manage end to end recruiting process for multiple and complex roles across PTC's organizations in Romania (Customer Success, IT, Revenue Operations, Finance etc.), screening, creating sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role - Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals - Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (HR, Finance, Diversity team etc.) - Drive offer process, extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates - Part of Diversity and Inclusion team, engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and across PTC Romania - Support the team with sourcing strategies on key positions across EMEA
