* Managing several projects for the Organization of the stores * Implementation of e-learning program and touch pad (5M€) * Lidl To Go : Launching new range of hot products and coffee machine (10M€) * Development of an application to order workwear (6000€) * Organization of an event for 25.000 stores’ employees (50 000€) * For all the projects : * » Preparation, planning and controlling the implementation in 1.500 stores * » Development and coordination of the roll out strategy in 25 regional distribution centers * » Coordination with other involved department (IT, Purchase, HR, Quality…) * » Definition of processes and training to implement the project in stores

* » Pro-actively managing all client contact (questions, requests / inbound, outbound) with the French customers through mail and phone * » Preparing a complete and correct brief for the creative teams and collaborating closely * » Overseeing the full cycle program and ensuring timely delivery
