I'm an Executive Director at Dunelm, leading the Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain & Logistics functions across a £1.8bn multi-channel retail business. I work across end-to-end brand, product and range, customer proposition and experience, and operational strategy — and I’m passionate about building brands that people genuinely love, and teams that thrive while doing it. I’ve had the privilege of steering growth across our total retail system of stores and digital, while reshaping how we connect with our customers creatively.
