Favour Peters
Doctoral Researcher @ Oxford Population Health
About
I have a deep interest in Epidemiological Research and Infectious Disease Progression. I am currently driven toward reducing the incidence of death and disability as a result of Infectious Diseases through targeted preventive interventions and therapies that improve population health status.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am actively committed to promoting an all-inclusive society that is aimed at increasing accessibility and improving the health and well-being of all vulnerable populations in local communities, especially Persons living with disabilities. I do this through community engagements, field projects, and outreaches in underserved communities in Ghana. In my free time, I love to debate on global issues, where I challenge and question the status quo while sharing my opinion on possible solutions that counter their effects. When I am not doing any of these, I am either reading a book or touring museums.
