I sourced candidates through multiple platforms, screened applicants, and negotiated salary expectations. In my role as a Pre-Nursery Teacher at Albarkaat Public School, I designed and implemented interactive learning activities that nurtured children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Maintain candidates salary expectations through negotiations and Visa according to JD • Identifying right candidates with the required skill set and experience and make sure that it should match with the requirement as per the job description. • Coordinate with the candidates from offer till their joining to ensure zero dropouts • Maintaining good relations with the employees and resolve their issues at the workplace. • Co-ordinate with the candidates through email/phone for further details.

In my role at Catnyx Digital Media, I focused on understanding client needs and translating them into comprehensive project proposals. I actively communicated with clients, gathered their requirements, and prepared detailed scope of work documents. Additionally, I screened candidates to meet organizational requisitions and participated in team meetings and seminars to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
