• Part of security team / VPN • Provide technical support for Cisco’s security products to customers and partners via telephone and/or through email. • Troubleshooting and resolving simple to intermediate network problems across abroad range of technologies for customers all over the world. • Simulate and recreate customers problems and compatibility issues in labs to find the resolution. • Collaborate with other TAC engineers across technology boundaries to help drive quicker resolution where multiple technologies may be involved.
