Managing FM contracts and building Renovation projects in Abu Dhabi and North Emirates

o On behalf of the Government of Abu Dhabi, Managing government building as TFM (MEP, Security, cleaning, landscape, Hospitality, Pest control and comprehensive work) o Managing contracts of TFM for ADFCA facilities.(Contract Manager)-Mobilization and De Mobilization of contracts and day to day contract implementation. o Preparing SR and RFP’s for deferent contract. o Technical Evaluation of the bidders for new project tender by TIJARI o Apply the company policies and review the different work order process in order to achieve the company continuous improvement policies. o Issue detailed monthly operational reports for each client. o Ensure productivity and conduct cost analysis by the CAFM performance reports. o Discuss the projects’ operational reports and continuous improvement plans . o Preparing and applying the work order flow process. o Managing all work orders through the CAFM system “Concept-Evolution” o Manage & control the KPIs and SLAs of contractual obligations for all Services.

Working as Project Engineer on behalf of Command of Military works project servicing Boarder Guards Camps. o Budgeting the maintenance service for the project. o Preparing complete proposals to the client “DMW”. o Representing the company in all meetings. o Preparing and following up all Maintenance work(Civil , Electrical and Mechanical) o Preparing and applying the work order flow process. o Prepare quotations for additional services o Prepare the project work plan. o Calculate needed staff, maintenance tools, and equipments. o Prepare all monthly payment. o Manage all sub-contractors contracts and performance. o Manage all construction and renovation activities. http://www.gisco.ae/
