Focus on in-house Kubernetes and Istio - The daily job plays with shell script/python/go/chef/Lua to achieve the operation goal. - Involved the Docker/Helm/OPA/Athenz/Screwdriver/artifactory to build up solid and safe continuous deployment and continuous integration platform. - Observability on Grafana/Prometheus/alertmanager/BCP(business continuity plan)/Splunk to manage 10k above nodes, 7 data centers, 20 more k8s clusters, infrastructure, and disaster recovery. - Leading the project, scrum master, sprint planning, quarterly planning, yearly planning. good at breaking down the project and time control - solid troubleshooting skill for the internal project and internal k8s-community slack channel which has 1k+ facing customers service consulting

Focus on Asia Media Production site. Over than 100 applications running on K8S. Focus on strategy to meet the various goal and practice Incident handling and security issue, arrange post mortem meeting. Troubleshooting for pipeline failed, service unavailable, service authentication issue. Data analysis, reporting and alerting for all applications on Splunk. New hire technical training

1) Service quality maintenance and enhancement - Maintain the quality of production server which are more than 10 products: Frontapage_Mobile TW and HK, TW.Movies, TW.Travel, TW.Autos, TW.Charity, TW.3CTech, TW.Dictionary, TW.BigDeals, TW.webATM, TW.Games, Wretch(The biggest blog in Taiwan) - Continuous integration(CI) Continuous integration knowledge - Monitoring necessary services related on production - Performance enhancement 2) Budget control - Capex control for hardware renew or new hardware purchase 3) Consulting - Provide big traffic/data solution and architecture reviewing before production launch to production. 4) Communication - Cross departments collaborating. Communicate with production owner or other workers 5) Data Collection - Splunk object knowledge, sharing the knowledge to team for vary users
