• Leads team of 10 R&D engineers through key project milestones including design reviews for stakeholders, design verification strategy and testing, and product commercialization readiness of acquired holmium laser systems. • Managed technical development of new PCNL access product based on key opinion leader inputs and feedback. • Created a new design failure mode and effects analysis for laser system with team of subject matter experts in Israel. • Co-authored and submitted two intellectual property disclosures accepted by Urology Patent Review Board.

• Supported planning and execution of drug coating characterization for regulatory submission of drug-coated balloon. • Aided in development of next generation DCB/DES through new drug formulation processing, testing, and analysis. • Collaborated across multiple functions to plan and execute competitive testing and organize animal study for new product development.

Designed and executed multiple experiments to understand a material property trend of a biodegradable stent. Demonstrated a correlation between hydration, stress relaxation, and an increased stent radial strength. Built relationships within IC R&D Division and presented to upper management.

Undergraduate Researcher, Yoganathan Cardiovascular Fluid Mechanics Lab • Designed and built a physiologically accurate flow model to test transcatheter aortic valves and assess impact of coronary artery flow on hemodynamics within aortic sinus for undergraduate thesis.
