~ Image computers for deployment across the organization. ~ Physically move and set up monitors, laptops/desktops, and phones as needed. ~ Coordinate with the network team to clear port security for new/old device connections. ~ Perform hard drive wipes to ensure data security and prepare devices for disposal or reuse. ~ Install and set up printers for various departments and users. ~ Resolve support tickets submitted by customers experiencing technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
