Eslam Ehab El-Shakr

I have graduated from The American University in Cairo (AUC) with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with double concentrations in design and mechatronics and a minor in Business Administration. I have graduated with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) as the top of my class. Over my undergraduate years, I made use of every single opportunity to develop myself and enhance both my technical and interpersonal skills. I have made sure to study courses from different disciplines, participate in several academic research activities, enroll in various competitions, work in internships from different fields, and join extracurricular activities that are not only related to my major. I ended up realizing that I am really passionate about Robotics and Mechanical Design. I worked on many projects that are related to that field. My thesis project was about designing and simulating a Haptic Feedback Robotic Device used in Rehabilitations of MS Ataxic Patients. Those five years taught me different lessons of dealing with different people in different situations, as well as the use of various technical programs. I am passionate about Robotics and Mechanical design, and I have participated in several projects in those fields, and I am really excited about working in them. However, I am open to similar mechanical Engineering opportunities in the areas of Biomechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, R&D, Energy Harvesting, Design and Optimization, Simulation and Control, Supply Chain, Quality Control, and any other similar engineering opportunity.
