After a successful 2 decades in the retail and fashion industry, an illness has made me realize that nothing can be more important than maintaining our health. I read a lot on the subject and soon came to the conclusion that the quality of nutrition and the food we eat is key to this. And how right Hippocrates was, who knew the significance of nutrition from ancient times: "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." For the past 15 years, in addition to my businesses, I have been constantly learning about healthy lifestyle and the positive effects of plants on our body. My agricultural education and biological interest helped me a lot understand. In 2021, during the pandemic, the idea was born to create a sustainable food brand with my partners that falls into the category of “real, untamed food”. A food that preserves all the active ingredients in fresh fruits and vegetables, so they can have a positive effect on our body. This is how myCosmofood was born, which not only contains vitamins, minerals, antioxidants or enzymes in their natural form, but can be easily incorporated into your daily routine and is extremely delicious! I believe that people have a fundamental right to eat clean, healthy food. My motivation is to provide more and more people with information that can help them stay healthy and live the life they were born to live .
