OVERVIEW: As an Associate Attorney, I conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex issues, along with developing diverse legal documents and managing a variety of probate matters (simple administration to contested cases). In this capacity, I draft and handle a range of motions, contracts, briefs, wills, trust instruments, powers of attorney, and advanced directives. Additionally, I prepare and review commercial contracts, with a deep attention to legal nuances and client requirements. From a client relationship standpoint, I serve and support clients with their various probate matters that span from straightforward administration of estates to complex contested matters, including: will contests; claims for year’s support; accountings/returns; breach of fiduciary duty actions; adult guardianships and conservatorships; and actions to appoint or remove a specific individual. HIGHLIGHTS: ✅ Developed and executed creative strategies for complex probate cases, including will contests and actions to appoint or remove personal representatives or guardians. ✅ Managed and ensured fulfillment of corporate clients’ needs in business succession, asset purchase, and governance areas, creating multi-pronged solutions for diverse legal challenges.

OVERVIEW: As a company owner, I held full P&L responsibility for a personal training business, including all business development, marketing, financial, and operational/administrative functions. Managing a client base comprised of individuals from a wide variety of populations and groups, I placed a high premium on ensuring the highest level of client service and satisfaction, with a laser focus on personalized attention. In this role, I ensured compliance with all federal and state regulations. Consulting one-on-one with potential and existing clients, I aligned my company’s service offerings with their needs and preferences. I scheduled and provided hands-on service to clients on a weekly basis, with an average of 30-40 clients per week.
