Setup, operate, and create demonstrations on CNC milling machine, lathe, and swiss machines for customer seminars at the Iscar Training Center in Charlotte, NC. Customer seminars showcase various Iscar cutting and milling tools in action along with in depth technical discussions on proper machining technique and parameters. As the building coordinator for the Charlotte, NC Iscar Training Center, I am responsible for responding to all maintenance and grounds related issues. I work with various vendors to keep the all aspects of the Charlotte office working and looking in top condition. In working as a liason between the US OEM group and US Engineering, I am involved with submitting vendor quotations to IMC subsidiaries for the design and production of non standard or special tooling for various machine tool builders and end users.

Setup and Installation of Zares 2 3D optical measuring systems at customer locations throughout the United States. Perform live demonstrations on the Zares 2 system at various trade shows and online. Lead customer training seminars on the setup and use of the Zares 2 system at the Terminator CNC Training Center in Charlotte, NC. Setup, program, and operate CNC Router for customer demonstrations, and new product development testing. Extensive work on the new Zares 2 training manual, a step by step guide to help customers trouble shoot common user issues instead of calling in for support.

I am involved in the set up, optimization, and part processing development of gantry assisted CNC turning machines primarily used by high volume part suppliers to the automotive industries. I work on machinery for defense, medical, and instrumentation industries as well. I also provide on site training for employees at the end user.

Prepare and maintain tooling used in high speed modular die sets. Prepare and maintain tooling used in fine blanking processes. Manufacture new tooling on CNC lathes and milling machines.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machine cells. Proof and edit CNC programs. Inspect parts during the manufacturing process and set up required gauging.
