- Visited Multiple Rooftops of USAT and collected existing power mix data together with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) team for an in-depth feasibility assessment. - Visited major operational PV solar power plants with multiple EPC contractors to strengthen understanding of various designs, technologies, & maintenance practices of PV solar plants and to assess performance metrics. - Engaged with several EPC contractors to evaluate them against predefined criteria and then finalized the most competent EPC contractor - Supported Project Manager in writing a thorough project contract for the 4 MW PV Solar Power Project. - Finalized the most efficient & commercially available solar panels (440W Mono PERC Half Cell 20.3%) and latest inverters (Multi MPPT 60KTL & 36 KTL) for 4 MW PV Solar Power Project. - Designed 4 MW PV Solar Power Project by simulating the different solar panel placement scenarios on HelioScope to find the optimal placing, optimal tilt angle, and near-shading avoidance to ensure maximum energy yield. - Successfully executed the 4 MW solar Power Project as planned by supervising all activities to ensure that best engineering practices are being followed while taking safety and COVID-19 Precautions. - Successfully tested and commissioned the 4 MW solar power project that would generate 6 Million kWh annually resulting in monetary savings of 450K USD & GHG Reduction of 3 Million Kgs. - Monitored Performance of the plant to ensure Performance as per the contract and shared daily generation reports with senior management to improve their understanding related to the operation of the solar power plant.
